I too didnt lose any weight and it is proving to be a slow process working out which food agree with my body and which dont. Starchy carbs are not a problem for me, I think nuts and fruit keep weight on me, I notice shemee26 mentioned nuts. I have never experienced sudden great results but when I check back in my journal over time I have seen subtle but very important shifts in my health, I hope that keeps improving.
