decker_bear
This topic is very timely - I got a spiralizer for Christmas! Yep, Zoodles are on the menu tonight. I've always shredded zucchini with a cheese grater, but there's something so COOL about spiralized squash. I'm totally excited! I plan to make a chicken stroganoff with mushrooms and coconut milk. praxisproject
This might sound silly, but for ages I only used zoodles where I would have used italian pasta. I completely missed that they work as asian noodles too Wonderful addition to thai curries, asian zoodle soups (like laksa) or with stir fries (I second the Sunshine Sauce!). StellaSan
Thanks for the responses! This is what I ended up improvising tonight: http://paleoaholic.com/paleo/paleo-zucchini-pasta-salad/ I did not have all of the ingredients, but it still turned out pretty good (says me and my oldest, anyway). My Whole 30 is nut-free so I did not use pecans. Hi, Brewer5, Thanks for sharing healthy and delicious recipe

Whole30 Certified Coach littleg Posted June 19, 2015 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted June 19, 2015 Bump. Figured since its summer time for us Northern folks it would be a good time to bump this thread. My zucchini plants in the garden just grew about 2 feet in 2 days and we've got lots of baby zucs. Hope others are in the same boat!
