Thank you for commenting on my food log. I came here to get to know a little more about you.

I love the colour and variety in your meals, and admit that I am envious of the range of fresh vegetables where you live.

And you have introduced me to a few new recipes, too, that I cannot wait to try (I will make a modified ratatouille based on your earlier link and the Cracklin' Chicken). I have never made oxtail soup but it sounds delicious.
