Quick prepartion shopping list

I will be starting the Whole 30 with my partner on Monday, 7/7.  I have finished the book and we are mentally preparing.  While I know of some of the items that i need in my pantry as staples, coconut oil, clarified butter, etc.  Are there any others that I need to consider having around besides the fresh food?

This shopping list has been tremendously helpful for me.  I would also look up some recipes for homemade mayo and salad dressings. 

It's a bit overwhelming first, so I just tried to figure it out a few days at time.

 

Maybe sit down and think: if I were starting tomorrow, what would I eat? And then plan out a couple of days, and then shop for those items.

I think this is great advice, only I would suggest going further and plan out your meals for a week. That way, you're not shopping as often.
