Finished my first Whole 30 on June 30th

I finished my Whole 30 on June 30th but I'm still eating the same because... I like how I'm eating and I like how I feel.  Do I miss sugary desserts?  Sometimes.  Do I miss my glass of wine? Yeah.  But I've survived without either for 30 days so I'm in no big rush to indulge.  I'm sure I will at some point but for now, why eat or drink them just because I can.  I lost 10 lbs. over the 30 days and I feel great.  I go to sleep so easily at night and I wake up feeling rested every morning.  Probably because I only allow coffee in the morning.  I think the most important thing I learned during these 30 days is that I am responsible for what I put in my mouth and it should be food that makes me healthy and feel good.  Maybe that's why I'm a little hesitant to grab that donut!
