MY 2nd WHOLE30

Hey! My second Whole30 started today, july 4th. I finally gave myself a 2 days "buffer" zone and my poutine experience didn't seem to make me feel too bad. Though it sucked energy out! I didn't indulge too much. Had an orange Fanta ( don't understand, never liked this stuff!), and 3 Tim Bits (which are the little ball in the hole of a donut, I know it seems funny). For the rest of my 2 days, I ate compliant. 

AND, I still lost another pound during those 2 days! 

So, Today I ate perfectly well and so on for 29 other days. I want to include a W30 of 20 min. of exercise in parallel.
