Cathy Yoon Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 Hi everyone, I've been doing Paleo on and off (mostly on) for about 8 months but feel I need a kick in the behind. I'm starting Whole 30 on Monday due to a wedding on Sunday, the 12th. My main concern is how my body will perform as I'm training for several half marathons, Ragnar relay and a full marathon. I've relied on Gu, Honey Stingers and Nuun during long runs. I don't know how I'm going to give them up! Any advice for preparation would be greatly appreciated!
