how often should you eat fermented foods?

I eat some fermented food twice per day most days - sauerkraut, pickles, or kombucha. Melissa Hartwig warns that persons with histamine sensitivity should not eat fermented food this often (if at all). I suggest that you work your way up and see how you feel as you go. If, like me, you tolerate fermented foods with no problems, you can eat them frequently. If you have problems, you would need to eat them more sparingly.
