MeadowLily
Take photos of the buffet table and other food choices. When I went to Spain, everything was cooked and swimming with oil. How about olives?
jennor
They usually have oven baked tomatoes that taste great, and the vegetables are very tasty. Oh, and do not miss out on the air dried parma hams! But why bring all that food? Coconut flakes and coconut milk you can buy all over Spain, and do you really need your almond butter to travel the world with you? Go loco on the local produce! drtracyb
You should be fine and have plenty of healthy, compliant food options at the buffet.
