nycsarah Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 that it feels like it's becoming a food without brakes! Or something like that. It's just SO. YUMMY. And I do eat it with stir fried veggies and a salad. The creamy avocado dressing is SO GOOD that it also gets me a little crazy. What I now know is that if I cook a large batch of it (and make a big salad with that dressing) it will for sure be my next 2-3 meals. Big, yummy, delicious meals…maybe snacking on it in between. Is this part of the ride of getting into balance and my body responding to really nutrient rich yummy food.? Or should I be careful? Thank you!
