nycsarah Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 So I read the book...and forgot the specifics, but remembered that a little caffeine was okay - and I see posts everywhere about drinking tea. So I kind of overdid it with green tea today (3 strong cups), just re-read the book and it recommends 1-2 cups of coffee max before noon. Not sure if this means I need to start over?? Hopefully not...but glad it has helped me realize that caffeine is a dangerous drink without brakes for me and to get the results I want, caffeine can't be a part of it. Thanks for your input!
