Started yesterday, July 12

Hello all, I am happy to say I am starting my first Whole30 and have multiple feelings about it. I did 3 days last week and felt great but my hubby brought home a bottle of wine and old habits die hard. So, since I felt absolutely disgusting after drinking that wine I have recommitted and started yesterday. My fridge is stocked with The Clothes make the Girl tomato sauce and meatballs, zucchini noodles, and I made her fresh mayo yesterday. I will be making a batch of chicken and tuna salad today. I love to cook and try new things so spending time prepping won't be a problem.

I am looking forward to learning more and feeling better everyday. I am the ping pong "dieter" who has attempted multiple different fad diets. After reading It Starts With Food (and turning 39 this coming September) I have a new knowledge of what it means to BE healthy, not diet. Thank you Melissa and Dallas!!
