Kaylward
A friend of mine works with a company called Orenda and their supplements are all natural. I just want to be sure I can take the product listed below. I looked up all the other ingredients and they seem to be typical for a capsule product. Can you tell me if it is ok to take these? The recommendation is to take 3 a day. The label reads: Green coffee extract (fruit). 300mg (Coffee arabica L.) (standardized to 50% chlorogenic acid) Other ingredients-modified cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate
missmary
The whole30 doesn't recommend this sort of supplement. That said, while I personally have no interest in ingesting cellulose and silicon dioxide, they are not prohibited on the whole30 plan.
