musclesglasses5
Hey all, 25yo male (6'1.5") weighing in around 240 and trying to jumpstart my weight loss so I can get to 215 by my birthday (October 12) with the aim of getting to 190 by early January (January 11). I am familiar with this eating and try to live by it already -- I think the most important thing for me is to stick with it and see what happens not weighing myself for 30 days but trying my hardest to do great. For work related reasons, 3 of the next 4 weeks I'll be in my dry season anyway, so this should work out. I'm sure I'll be back here to post with results and ruminations on how things are going. I need this support and I'm finally ready to make this change in my life so that I can finally see my abs once and for all, hopefully sometime in early '15! Thanks in advance for the support! musclesglasses5
7/14/14, 8:20am – I’m tired, W30 feels tough, and I’m really feeling the effects of Monday. Detox has begun and it’s ugly. I drank water and had some Vitamin D this morning, but today should be quite interesting. Listening to my affirmations for strength. I need them now. 7/14/14, 2:45pm – Still feeling pretty crappy, didn’t get enough chicken for lunch and feeling tired and low on energy. Ugh I can’t wait for the inflammation to end. this is brutal but I'm staying positive because I know it'll get better and I'd much rather weigh 220 than 240!
