Started July 6th

Hello To All, I started my Whole 30 on this date, after 3 attempts. I am feeling better and am glad that I am committed. I have been able to exercise again. I started out slow 20 min..and am now walking at a good pace for 1 hour. I am also do the plank challenge and I feel stronger then when I first started. I love cooking and I am doing most of cooking for the week in one day..This is helping with my busy schedule. My husband is my biggest supporter. I would not be able to do this without his love and support.

Now we are on with week 2..looking to workout more, and start to not be so stressed..I am going to work on my mind...
