Ceecee Mack Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 I am doing a WholeSummer after recently completing a whole30. The past week or so I wake up on the mornings feeling like I never went to sleep! I was in a car accident recently so my sleep is sometimes disrupted looking for a comfortable sleep position but I think it has more to do with what I am eating. The other change is more sweet potatoes sometimes at lunch and dinner or fruit? I have been having an apple and some straw/blueberries with meals...could it be too much fruit?
