Britishgal Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 In the last few years after having my son I have had irregular periods for a few months after every attempt to go on birth control (the pill, injections etc). I was really happy when I got a period almost at the end of my whole30 but now, two weeks later and after introducing a few foods I seem to be having another... Could this be because of my new diet? Carlaccini Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Diet and hormones do hand in hand. So it could be possibly be that your new way of eating is throwing your hormones a bit off. This is normal and I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have had this too. And although I wasn't pleased about it, I did accept this is as part of my hormones adjusting accordingly. Link to comment
