AlisonV Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Super excited about this, just came off of a juice cleanse for three days that utilized organic veggies, herbs and fruits and almond milk and feel amazing. Wanted to keep the roll, so we are easing out of the cleanse with raw foods and heading into our Whole30. Our goal is just to further instill great food habits, we are both fans of great food, but too many years of bad choices has made bad habits.
