Set back on day 27 and 28 - still digestive issues

I know I need to extend my whole 30... Have been constipated for too long, things are much better though, but my digestion is still sort of slow, and I feel like food is just sitting in there. Is it time to try enzymes?

I also feel very run down, and can't sleep again.

Yes Digestive enzymes might help.  Also you might try a magnesium supplement if you haven't already done that.  The one recommended in these parts is Natural Calm - unflavoured.

 

What do your meals look like?  We might be able to help you troubleshoot further if you post a few days worth of meals down.
