Juju's food log

I have started my whole30 on July 14th. I will write more about my experiences here when I feel like it.

 

Heres my yesterday log:

 

3 Egg omelette with kale and onion sautee

 

Chorizo and Fish with Salsa and Guacamole

 

Cauliflower with Thai Yellow Curry Chicken, Avocado, and a Salad of mixed greens

 

Today:

 

Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with onion sautee

 

Lunch-2 handfuls of Cashews with Coconut Curry chicken..and Cauliflower 

 

Note- those cashews man. I can't stop at one handful. These are not healthy for me, because they turn into snack food..and I eat them like a cheat. So I am going to be mindful about my next cashew treat.
