I've been reading up and shopping for the last couple of days and look forward to starting this Friday. I've always been interested in nutrition, the information here isn't anything new to me. This first week has had it's definite rough points, but it's getting so much better and I love this so much!! Good luck!! (I signed up for the Whole 30 daily, and the everyday email in the morning REALLY helps me.
