Barney123 Posted July 19, 2014 Share Posted July 19, 2014 I tried to do a Whole30 last month, but I didn't have an accountability partner and totally bombed after a week in. I felt so great when I was doing it though - I don't want to give up. Is anyone starting tomorrow or this week who could be my accountability partner? Maybe someone I can email with when I'm struggling? Also, anyone here struggle with emotional eating? My greatest problem is eating sugars at night when I'm lonely - would love to be able to reach out to someone when that happens during the next thirty days. Thank you!
