Whole30 from Paris — 21 July 2014

I had lots of energy, and now that I am back on a Paleo-ish diet, I have regained some of the energy that I felt fading when I went off it. I have 7 more weeks of my exercise routine, so I'll keep Paleo for as long as I can and may come back to do a clean start on the Whole 30
