Whole 30 oatmeal

Hi Sarah,

You might try some fried banana - they have that same texture and feel when you eat them and they are yummy. Melt some ghee or coconut oil in a fry pan, slice your banana and put in the pan - it only takes a few minutes on both sides. The longer you do them the softer they get. Then take them out and sprinkle them with cinnamon - yum! Don't use over ripe bananas because they get too mushy.
