Hey everyone! I'm glad to be here. My name is Sarah, and I'll be doing my first Whole 30 starting August 16th. I'm both excited and nervous for the journey ahead! Since I've been reading up on more current nutrition, I've been reducing my grain intake (not completely but from at almost all meals to maybe 2-3 times a week) and already I've been feeling all-around better and getting more consistent sleep. If I get all that just from cutting back on my grains, I can't wait to see what the Whole30 has to offer me. :)
