Starting my log on day 20

Just checking in to say that I have made this a way of eating regularly.  It makes sense, it makes me feel good, and it's doable.  I'm not 100% whole 30 100% of the time, but definitely 90%.  Last weekend I went home to see family, had ice cream (but just one serving and then felt yucky), pizza (other than eating one slice too many, it was fine), and chocolate.  But it was just one weekend and I was right back to eating strict W30 this week, plus I went to the gym four times!  

 

It feels wonderful to know that if I go off plan, it's not without thought and it's not open-ended.  We're going to a very nice restaurant for dinner tonight and if I skip the appetizer to have a dessert, that's fine, but when dinner is over, so is the treat and I've already got next week's lunches and dinners planned and it's all healthy, good food.  I will be going to the gym every weekday at lunch and establish that as a habit, just like I did my diet.  I am feeling really positive and confident!
