Long time between meals

Hi there,

 

 I have a schedule that does not always allow for set luches and breaks. At times I have 5-6 hours between meals. I know it says there really shouldn't be any snacking but what else can I do? Also, What should I be snacking on? Thank you so Much! :)

When you are eating well composed meals with enough protein and fat, going 5 to 6 hours between meals is relatively easy.

 

The best snack is a mini-meal that includes protein, fat, and veggies. I think an ideal snack is chicken, tuna, or salmon salad. It will keep in a cooler nicely and you can eat a few bites when you have a chance.
