ashdble
Hi there, I have a schedule that does not always allow for set luches and breaks. At times I have 5-6 hours between meals. I know it says there really shouldn't be any snacking but what else can I do? Also, What should I be snacking on? Thank you so Much!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 23, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2014 When you are eating well composed meals with enough protein and fat, going 5 to 6 hours between meals is relatively easy. The best snack is a mini-meal that includes protein, fat, and veggies. I think an ideal snack is chicken, tuna, or salmon salad. It will keep in a cooler nicely and you can eat a few bites when you have a chance.
