Hk81 Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Im now on day 16 of my first whole30. Im afraid I dont get enough fat in my meals. I use plenty of coconutfat and ghee in my cooking but I doubt thats enough for one meal. I am soooooo sick of avocado and I dont like olives. Any tips?
