Hk81 Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Im now on day 16 of my first whole30. Im afraid I dont get enough fat in my meals. I use plenty of coconutfat and ghee in my cooking but I doubt thats enough for one meal. I am soooooo sick of avocado and I dont like olives. Any tips? Moderators Tom Denham Posted July 23, 2014 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2014 Eat protein that includes plenty of fat like whole eggs, fatty cuts of beef, dark meat chicken, pork, etc. Coconut milk is a good fat. Drinking it with coffee is one approach or you might develop some meals where you cook with it.
