Is this okay?

Almond butter is food crack. Only a few people manage to use it responsibly during a Whole30. Discretion recommends not testing yourself. :)

 

By the way, the marketing hype with this one is very strong. The officious language about "eating 1.5 ounces of nuts per day... may reduce the risk of heart disease" is no more valid than the following claim that I would make:

 

Eating 4 big handfuls of beet greens, chard, or kale per day... may extend your life by more than 3 years if you start by age 43.
