magso Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Hi Everyone!!! So I finished my whole30 challenge on July 22nd. I feel great!! When I actually get to follow the 8 hour sleeping rules, I feel amazing. I've gone down a size and I'm just happy!! I'm almost nervous to start eating other food. I've been eating 2 eggs and prosciutto for breakfast every day. I love it!! I've been feeling so good too. So my plan is to follow the Whole30 lifestyle (major emphasis on lifestyle) including little to no snacking...but if there's an occasion or meeting people for drinks, I'll allow myself to go off slightly.
