Karakena Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 I am getting ready to start this program on 1 Aug. My biggest question is about seasoning for cooking meat. The only meat we have eaten the last 7 years is mostly deer. We use McCormick montreal steak seasoning & season salt. Do I need t ok give up these seasonings for the month?
