How does Whole30 work?

Rochelle

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

This is the first time I've looked in to doing anything like this and I've been trying to read up on Whole30 on the website but I'm still a bit confused as to how the program is structured.

Do you need the book "It starts with food" or is it kind of just a "do it yourself" thing now that I've read all the allowed and not allowed foods?

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated!

Thanks.

Thousands of people completed a Whole30 before the book was written, so you can too. There are lots of resources online. The most important ones are gathered at this address: http://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/

Most people benefit from reading through the Whole30 rules 4-5 times. It takes a while for a few things to sink in. You can review the rules here: http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/

The book explains everything - the whys as well as the whats, so if you want to know why..., you should read the book.
