elenaSG 2
My good friend is hosting a dinner party and I am volunteering to bring some kind of dish so that I can partake without having to make a big fuss over what I am eating. Does anyone have a good dish to recommend? My first thought is a vegetable side of some kind, but since the dinner isn't at my house it has to be something that travels well and can either be served cold or reheated without turning to mush. All ideas appreciated. Thanks!
jhmomi 676
Roasted veggies? Eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, fennel, etc. Most are good hot or cold. I think grilled shrimp skewers would also be good.
