dks Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 Starting the Whole30 today. If you're starting today, then come along for the ride. This is my second Whole30, the first one went pretty well. Last night I bought a ton of good groceries and I cooked up some chicken thighs for lunch today, and this morning I had some fried eggs for breakfast, and a small banana.
