Jenny's Whole 30 Log

Tomorrow (July 31st) is my last day before I begin my new journey with the Whole 30 diet.  I have mixed emotions.  I know I need to do this 'elimination' diet to narrow down the possible foods that may be causing me to have health issues, but I also have concerns about being able to stick it out for the duration!   No bread, grain, beans, dairy, sweets...  It's going to be a long 30 days!  Yet, I can't help but feel it will all be worth it. So tomorrow I eat my "last-act-of-defiance" meal (probably Mexican) and spend the rest of the day completing my prep work in the kitchen so I have plenty of food on hand to throw meals together quickly.


August 1st is very close... can I really do this?
