I enjoy kraut, pickles of the fermented kind but also like to mix in a kombucha drink on other days. Currently I drink 1/2 a bottle a day. Is that enough? Or do you get more benefit from whole bottle. No sugar comments please. I have been fine with it and no reactions or cravings from drinking it in the morning. DeniseP962 Posted August 1, 2014 Share Posted August 1, 2014 I am just starting and I just made my first batch of kombucha. It is still fermenting so I cannot drink it for a week or so.
