I fell off the wagon while fighting some scary health issues. Not nutrition related. I'm better. Things are evening out again. I'm ready to commit to another whole 30. I'm only going to talk about my journey not my weight so I'd like to keep my log here.

Breakfast

2 eggs, two whites scrambled with EVOO, green beans, mushrooms, onions, red peppers. Coffee. Water.

I'm amazed at how committed I was. How well I did for 30 days x2 and let it all go by the wayside with comfort foods. I'm going to get it back. I don't happily anticipate day three but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Day 1 LUNCH

salmon, sweet potatoes, 1/4 avocado. Coffee iced tea.

DINNER

Hamburger patty. Baked sweet potato. Half avocado. Three plums. One cup strawberries.

I'll go shopping tomorrow. Get better prepared.
