dizilizi
Does anyone know what is W30 compliant at Cafe Rio. Their ingredient list on their website doesn't give any info. I will probably be eating there on Saturday with friends. I am always suspicious when I read secret spices I usually equate that with msg filled nastiness. Any help would be appreciated. GFChris
Mexican, especially fast food Mexican, is really tricky to do Whole30 compliant. Need to make sure they don't use soybean, corn or rice bran oil or butter in cooking. Salsa is suspect for sugar. Seasonings on meat and veggies are suspect for gluten, soy, sugar and msg. You could call ahead and see if you can get meat and veggies prepared in a compliant way, along with compliant guac and salsa.
