Did Body for Life years ago, with amazing results....but since then...."LET IT GO".... I think you guys are doing a terrific job, thank you for your very informative website, I ordered the book and I am busy reading and eating well and yes, getting headaches as well, haha!! I am trying to get rid of a skin disease, every day I burn and itch so I am hoping this will help. To all my fellow Whole30'ers....good luck.
