bede0713
Forgive me in advance if this has been addressed - I searched the forum and read through most of the Chipotle posts and didn't see it. I noticed many people saying they double the meat (Carnitas) at Chipotle when they go there. Is this necessary to get enough protein? I haven't gotten an actual meat from Chipotle in years so I'm forgetting what their portions look like. I'm without lunch at work today though - siting in my fridge where I left it - so I was planning on lettuce, Carnitas, guac and salsa. Just wondering if meeting a good portion size was done only by doubling the meat. Thanks:)
Tina R
It depends on how big your palms are. I have small hands so I assume one portion would be big enough for me. You can eat 1 - 2 protein protions per meal so It all depends on what will keep you satisfied until dinner. If you are super active then you may need two. Good Luck! bede0713
Thank you! I'm having a brain blip at the moment and just couldn't recall what their portion sizes were at all.
