I was having a major breakdown yesterday on day 3 of my W30 program... the husband says I'm overly sensitive right now! I'm craving chocolate and my sugars are dropping fast. I have completed 1 Whole30 and I know I felt so much better once I got through it. I find when this happens if I just go out and take a walk and look around that helps. Also sitting in a quite place and just focusing on my breathing helps. If you know how to meditate that works wonders.
