Lizitea
Hello Is this a good plan? -- having vegs blended with breakfast. Eggs and a drink with veggies blended? I know smoothies are not recommended. Does this go for veggie drinks as well. Not juice -- blended veggies?
annabel
Soup is considered to be appropriate for a Whole 30; it's one of my favourite ways to get extra veg into my breakfasts when I'm in a hurry. And blended veg sounds like essentially soup to me.
theheywhohaa
Yeah, just call it gazpacho and you're good. Sometimes its hard to face a plate full of vegetables first thing, this sounds to me like a good compromise, and it for sure isn't some sort of treat in disguise. You know the mods will be pointing out fat and protein requirements too though...
Lizitea
Yes thanks -- I have eggs at bfast. And pop in half an avacado, and I've got my fat.
