Delaine Ross
I understand that less healthy food should not be used as a reward, but what about this scenario as a Whole 30 completion reward? I live within walking distance of an upscale steak house (Kevin Rathbun Steak for the fellow ATLiens I see on the forum.) Although I have lived catty corner from this restaurant for 5 years, I have only been once because of how pricey it is (although I have to admit most of that bill was wine. ) On Day 30- as a reward for completion - I would like to have a 100% compliant meal there as a thank you to myself for doing the Whole30 favor for my body. Does that count as an unhealthy psychological response or is that compliant celebration approved of?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 12, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 12, 2012 Sounds good! And if you don't order wine, you might be able to afford going again soon.
