teviag
I know we are not to have any sweeteners except fruit juice on Whole 30...so this may be a "dumb blonde" question, but what about cane syrup? I have a jar of Coconut Almond butter in my pantry and started using it last night in a whole 30 recipe and noticed it has cane syrup in it's ingredients. Is this a no no, because I'm thinking it probably is? Thanks!
GFChris
You are correct, cane syrup is out on a Whole30. (Pretty much anything ending in 'syrup' is out.) Here is a list of "sneaky sugars" for your future label reading. http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-sugar.pdf
ladydeevious
I have Justins chocolate hazelnut...omg that stuff is good. Trying to get rid of it...without pigging out on it then my whole 30 will start again :/
