When I had an endoscopy a few years ago, I had to drink disgusting stuff that "cleaned" out my bowels before the procedure. The problem with such "cleaning out" is that it changes the composition of your gut bacteria. That in itself changes your digestion and probably not in a good way. It would be best to do a Whole30 after you have recovered from this procedure. If you continue, it will be hard for you to recognize what part of your experience is related to changing what you eat and what part is related to having gone through the scoping procedure.
