k_chaps29
This is really just to hold myself accountable and as a way to track myself... feel free to comment if you would like! Day 1: August 7th Meal 1- hard boiled egg, half a cup of watermelon with 12oz. coffee and coconut oil Meal 2- grilled chicken breast with vinegar and some seasonings, 8 cucumbers, 7 carrot slices, Meal 3- grilled chicken breast with vinegar and some seasonings, little bowl of salad So far I got that 2:30 feeling a little bit and I have a headache. I live on cheese, sugar, and bread, so this should be a great way to cleanse myself. Especially after a trip to NYC. Here goes! Can't wait to see results at day 30, and start living this new lifestyle!
Derval
Hi & welcome I'm afraid to say looking at your 3 meals, I have to say, none of them follow the template Without the template you are doomed http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf But it's only day 1 so onwards! Print out template & stick it on your fridge till you know it off by heart. Best of luck p.s I read your other post re 125 & I think you look lovely already
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 7, 2014 Having read another of your posts, I think your weight loss goals are far too aggressive for someone whose body looks like yours. You are not eating enough to nourish your body. Not eating enough means that your metabolism slows to protect you from starvation. This makes losing fat very difficult. The best approach is to eat according to our meal planning template, which supports a good hormonal response in your body.
Hutlifr
You are lucky to have gotten til 2:30 with that little food... I would have been famished by 10 am... If eating more is scary, We can all relate, since following this program means nourishing your body to allow it's optimal functioning, and we all come from this "eat less is better" culture...
