Day 1: August 7th Meal 1- hard boiled egg, half a cup of watermelon with 12oz. coffee and coconut oil Meal 2- grilled chicken breast with vinegar and some seasonings, 8 cucumbers, 7 carrot slices, Meal 3- grilled chicken breast with vinegar and some seasonings, little bowl of salad So far I got that 2:30 feeling a little bit and I have a headache. I live on cheese, sugar, and bread, so this should be a great way to cleanse myself. Especially after a trip to NYC. Here goes!
