LaurenDulin
From the site, only a few of the products W30 approved. However, it seems like a few others would fit the bill. Are Lemon Pepper (http://www.tessemaes.com/collections/condiments/products/lemon-pepper), Zesty Chesapeake (http://www.tessemaes.com/collections/condiments/products/zesty-chesapeake) or Soy Ginger (http://www.tessemaes.com/products/soy-ginger) approved? Thanks!
Tina R
As long as all the ingredients are compliant then you can have them. Obviously the soy ginger is not compliant.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 7, 2014 You can't get a ruling on everything. You have to become familiar with the Whole30 rules and make some judgments yourself.
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted August 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 8, 2014 Lauren, It can be a bit confusing, can't it? Whole30 is different from diets which they tell you exactly what you can eat and what you cannot. But the Whole30 is much, much more than a "diet." The Whole30 is teaching you to change your whole approach to food. That's why no weighing yourself, and why you should be in the habit of reading every label yourself, and why you should get comfortable asking questions at restaurants.
