I was wondering how everyone is getting on, what kind of foods you have re-introduced and how you feel.

 

I've re-introduced some dairy such as semi-skimmed milk in lattes and a small amount of yogurt for breakfast (but not daily). I have, however, seen a few pimples spring up on my forehead and am wondering if that's due to the dairy.

 

I've also had a couple of glasses of wine since finishing the Whole 30.

 

Other than that I am staying mostly compliant.

And feeling good.  :)
