I've finished my Whole30 (as of a couple weeks ago) but overall was so pleased with the results I decided to stick with it...except for a bit of wine a couple glasses per week (sorry, gotta give myself something, lol). I've always had some digestive issues (chronic constipation, indigestion, bloating, etc. which have been vastly improved since I found out a couple months ago I'm gluten and egg intolerant...and therefore probably have leaky gut). But since going Whole30 my stomach/digestive system gurgles SO MUCH! It's not loud enough others can hear it but I can hear it and certainly feel it. It's not painful, just mild to moderate gurgling and "liquidy" noise off and on throughout the day (but less so in morning). Anyone else have this?? Any idea what exactly causes this??? Thanks! gatork Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Mine has been gurgling too (and kind of throat gurgling sometimes as well) but it started well before Whole30, so I'm hoping the Whole30 will help somewhat. (I think mine is related to laryngopharyngeal reflux - http://www.nycornell.org/ent/Laryngopharyngeal.reflux.html) Sorry this post isn't more helpful!
