Chez Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 Hello, Day 5 of my W30................I have acute diarrhea, headache, nausea and hayfever. I realise these are the symptoms of my body cleaning itself out. Is it ok to take allergy/painkiller medications or will I be defeating the entire purpose of the program???
